Terms of Service.
Last updated September 21, 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for submitting, accepting, paying for, and receiving .palette services.
1. Agreement to these terms
By submitting an order or accepting a quote from .palette, you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific scope, price, timeline, or delivery terms confirmed with you. If you are not legally able to enter an agreement on your own, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or other person with legal authority where required.
2. Order requests
Submitting the website order form creates a request for review. It does not guarantee that .palette will accept the project. We may ask for clarification, adjust the scope, decline a request, or provide a separate quote before work begins.
3. Accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, project requirements, references, budget information, and account identifiers. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect the project timeline.
4. Pricing and payment
The budget entered on the order form is your stated budget, not an automatic final price. Any final price and payment schedule should be confirmed before paid work begins. The website may collect a preferred payment method such as Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay, but the public order form does not directly process payment.
5. Changes to scope
Requests that materially change the agreed work may require a revised price or timeline. Additional work does not have to be included unless it is confirmed as part of the project scope.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the amount of work already completed, any non-refundable costs already incurred for the project, and any project-specific terms confirmed before work begins. If a project is cancelled, .palette may charge for completed work where permitted by applicable law.
7. Client materials and permissions
You must have permission to provide and use any logos, images, code, documents, brand assets, or other materials you send to .palette. You must not request work that intentionally violates another person's rights or applicable law.
8. Delivery and approvals
Delivery methods and revision expectations may vary by project. You are responsible for reviewing delivered work and providing requested feedback within a reasonable period. Final files or access may depend on completion of agreed payment terms.
9. Service availability
We try to keep the website, tracking system, Discord support, and email support available, but temporary outages, maintenance, third-party service problems, or other technical issues may occur.
10. Order tracking
Order tracking is provided for convenience. Public tracking is designed to show a limited status view and does not display the full private details of an order.
11. Reviews
Reviews may be limited to completed orders and may be moderated before publication. We may reject spam, duplicate submissions, private information, impersonation, or content that is not relevant to the order experience. Moderation should not be used to rewrite a customer's genuine opinion.
12. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to access private systems or other customers' data, submit malicious content, automate abusive requests, interfere with service operation, or use .palette services for unlawful activity.
13. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. New versions apply to future orders from their posted effective date unless a different arrangement is required by law or specifically agreed for an existing project.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@paletta.dev or through the .palette Discord.
