Before contacting us

A complete first message usually means a faster answer.

Send the full order ID and the Discord username used when the order was placed.

If you already know what you want, use the order form so your request enters the tracking system.

Copy the exact order ID. IDs look similar to PAL-20260921-A1B2C3.
